Whats for dinner?

Dinner was like usual and could not get myself to eat the regular chappati – bhaji (Indian bread – veggies). After shrugging of thoughts of ordering any food from outside, decided to cook something.

This would give a headstart to my adventures in the kitchen with what my aaji (granny) and mum use to make for me. Simple but divine, is prepared at most households and people would know it through different names. Actually couple of things that I picked up from my aaji were kande pohe (onion flattened rice), chapatichi or pawachi bhaji (veggie made from left-over indian breads or normal bread), fodnicha bhaat (flavoured left-over rice; its important that it has to be a left-over)

Since, I had some pao and brown bread, decided to make my first recipe and start this gastronomic journey.
